- All livestream ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, exceptions can be made for the following reasons: If a performance is cancelled, re-scheduled or postponed, you will be able to obtain a refund. Instructions for how to obtain a refund will be posted on our social media channels. If the performance is re-scheduled or postponed, a 30-day refund window will open up starting on the day of the announcement, and instructions for how to obtain a refund will be posted on our social media channels. 

- Please note PromoTix’s service and processing fees are nonrefundable. 

- Fight line-up subject to change without notice. 

- We reserve the right to cancel your livestream ticket purchase at any time and for any reason if we determine that there is a potential issue with your order. Tickets cancelled by the promoter will receive a full refund for the ticket.
